Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. At Ammikal, we are committed to delivering your orders with the utmost care, ensuring the freshness and quality of our spices and masalas.
2. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. We aim to ship all products within 7 to 10 days.
3. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your products. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
5. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid online.
6. If you return an order delivered to you, shipping charges will not be refunded. For accounts with return behaviour that violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.
7. Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
