At Ammikal, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that issues may arise.
Estimated delivery time is mentioned on the checkout page. In the event of any delay or default in delivery, AMMIKAL shall not be held liable or responsible.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only available if the product received is incorrect, damaged, or not as described. Refunds are not available for change of mind or other subjective reasons.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted only if we have shipped the wrong product or incorrect quantity. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
The cost of return shipping will be covered by Ammikal if the return is due to our error (incorrect product or quantity).
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a replacement for a wrong or damaged item, we will process a refund and you can place a new order.
